Refining

PTIPH Engineering began its operations in 1987 by building its first refinery and since then quickly built its reputation in the industry. PTI has executed projects that apply new refining processes which cut refining costs and efficiently uses energy for every step of the refining process. This development is widely used today by the most advanced edible oil refineries

Other Projects

PTI (now KPSI) has taken another step and continue to grow into executing projects that are outside our expertise.
Other projects that PTI has been involved with are milk fat formulation for a multinational company, ice cream fat for several ice cream makers, cocoa butter substitutes, milk fat substitutes, confectionary fats, and
frying fats for several multinational food companies.

Esterification

Esterification, a key process utilized by PTI (now KPSI), involves the reaction between an alcohol and an acid to produce esters and water. This process is vital in producing esters used in various industries, including fragrances, plastics, and biodiesel.

Glucose

MCTs (Medium-Chain Triglycerides) are rapidly metabolized fats with diverse applications. PTI (now KPSI) has extended its services to the Power Generation sector. Most of PTI’s recent projects incorporates power production into the integrated plant design to handle the plant’s power demand. Helping the
environment by converting biomass into electricity drives PTI in moving further into the Power Generation arena.
